Obedience Training

While problem solving most behavior issues will involve teaching cues, perhaps you want your dog to know all the basic behaviors, fun tricks, or advanced obedience skills “on command.”

Home Manners

A reliable recall is vital for safety, especially if you plan to have your dog off their leash.

If your dog couldn’t care less that you called them, thinks “come” means it’s time for a game of chase, or has “selective hearing”, we will help build value in consistently returning promptly when asked.

Leash Skills

Most dog owners would just like to take their dog for a walk without getting in an arm workout.

If walks have become stressful, unenjoyable, or perhaps aren’t even happening because you dread them, let us take the leash until your dog is able to go for a walk without dragging you down the street.

Reactive Dogs

Dogs who bark, growl, and pull on the leash aren’t bad dogs! They just have big feelings and don’t yet know what to do about them.

Let us guide them through the world while they learn what to do and how to feel when they see a person, a dog, a bike, or whatever else might currently be a bit too scary or exciting for them.

Adolescent Behaviors

Adolescence is the stage of development where challenging behavior problems most often arise, and as a result dogs in this age group are the most frequently rehomed.

But don’t lose hope! The majority of our clients are “teenagers”, and we are more than happy to help them make it to adulthood with the skills they need to be a life-long companion.
